Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from herveleger.com, in accordance with the policies outlined below.

Items purchased online may only be returned online through the site or with the assistance of our customer service team within 30 days of shipment. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, may only be returned to the originating store.

Return Instructions - Domestic Orders and 

International Orders 

All returns will incur a fee of $8, which will be deducted from your return amount. Herve Leger will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online. This return process is only offered for orders within the USA. Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. You can process an exchange online. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. Please be advised that Herve Leger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When returning products, you are responsible for all return fees, including shipping cost for returning the products, taxes and duties.
