We ship to all U.S. states and territories, as well as P.O. boxes and A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Most standard shipping orders placed by 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day and will ship within one business day after your order is placed. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. All orders are subject to credit approval. Orders for express delivery may be placed Monday thought Thursday before 2:00 PM EST. Express delivery orders placed between 2:00 PM Thursday and 2:00 PM Friday will arrive on Monday; orders placed after 2:00 PM Friday will arrive on Tuesday. We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 

Standard shipping occurs at no extra cost and can be expected in 4-8 business days.
Two-day shipping occurs at a cost of $25 and can be expected in 2 business days.
Next-day shipping occurs at a cost of $30 and can be expected the next day.

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address. If you have an account with, you can simply select an address from your account; just sign in during the checkout process. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES currently ships to the following destinations: Canada, United Kingdom, France, Mexico and Australia. 

Your order will be delivered via UPS who will attempt to deliver parcels up to three (3) times. They will also leave a notice card after each delivery attempt to advise you on how to arrange receipt of your package. Your signature will be required upon delivery.

Taxes and Duties 

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Taxes and duties are still owed if the item is refused. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) and we do not collect, nor do we calculate, the VAT, duties and/or taxes during checkout. Any fees that are due will be collected upon delivery of the order. All applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Hervé Léger. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes in the European Union. Duties and taxes can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order.


All returns will incur a fee of $8, which will be deducted from your return amount. Herve Leger will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online. This return process is only offered for orders within the USA. Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. You can process an exchange online. We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. Please be advised that Herve Leger is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When returning products, you are responsible for all return fees, including taxes and duties.
