All returns will incur a fee of $8, which will be deducted from your return amount. A refund will be issued within 30 days of purchase in the original form of payment. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached. Returns will only be accepted after completing the returns process online. The return process is only offered for orders within the US. Heavily discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Final sale items will be returned to the shipping address provided on the original order. You may process a free exchange in our returns center. Herve Leger gift certificates are non-refundable. Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

To activate your free trial, join directly here or add the Authentic Membership trial to the cart or checkout page of any participating brand and complete your purchase. Note that we do require payment details upfront, but you will not be charged for your monthly membership until the end of your 30 day free trial period.

Members may cancel their Authentic Membership at any time by signing into the Authentic Membership portal here, navigating to the ‘Billing’ tab and selecting ‘Cancel Membership’ under the ‘Manage Membership’ section. If you cancel your Authentic Membership in the middle of a billing cycle, your access to the Authentic Membership benefits will continue until your next bill date, at which point you will not be charged again. If you cancel during your free trial period, your benefits will remain through the end of the 30 day period. We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription charges once they are completed.

Authentic Membership fees are automatically billed to the card associated with your initial subscription of the Authentic Membership product. To update your payment information, sign into the member portal here, navigate to the ‘Billing’ tab and select ‘Update’ next to ‘Payment Methods’. Your updated information will be billed on the next billing date.
